100% disassembled, and remanufactured. All individual components are inspected to ensure performance and reliability by an ISO:TS16949 facility.
Subassemblies are tested in process including regulators, welds, rectifiers, stators, rotors, solenoids and drive clutch assemblies. Remanufactured units are 100% computerized load tested to meet or exceed OE specifications.
Failure analysis of OE units has created numerous engineering design improvements including; drain plugs to prevent water pooling and corrosion, beveled nose cones for easier installation, increased seal gaskets to prevent engine fluid contamination, improved heat sink designs to prevent overheating, epoxy coated and welded connection to prevent corrosion and wear for long lasting performance, just to name a few......
All remanufactured units are covered by a limited lifetime warranty and replacement units are available for vehicles up to 2007 model year.
